Production Process Control

We set up inspection workbench during the production process to ensure that product appearance, size and packaging meet quality requirements;

Raw Materials

We give priority to well-known domestic and foreign suppliers and conduct raw material testing to ensure quality requirements from the source;

Dimension

Forlong's product dimensions must meet the tolerance requirements of the product drawing design; our steel rims are inspected at each critical step of production, including 100% radial and lateral runout testing;

Surface Treatment

We adopt different surface treatment methods for our products according to the requirements of different customers; our products can meet the requirements of 500-1000 hours of salt spray test after electrophoresis and plastic spraying;

Packing

Our product packaging provides different high-quality packaging requirements according to different transportation needs.

Inhouse LAB.

We have our own laboratory to meet the needs from raw material strength testing to product bending testing, radial testing, salt spray testing, bolt seat strength testing, welding quality testing, etc. meanwhile, we also coopertate with labs such as TUV ,SMITHERS,CAAM to ensure our porducts meet ETRTO,EUWA's standards.
